Our retirement & assisted living community is home to our residents. Nestled in a quiet Hillsboro neighborhood outside of Portland, each apartment in our community meets the requirements of both functionality and aesthetics.
Be sure to check out our floor plans for details on our studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites. Please note that, due to the health concerns of all residents, Cornell Estates is a non-smoking community.

Pacific University On-Site Dental Clinic
Living your life to its fullest potential is key to your happiness, and ours. That’s why our friendly, caring staff provide a variety of services to meet your needs, from weekly housekeeping to medication management and more!

Activities & Events
There’s a lot going on at our independent living community each day, from language and art classes to exercise sessions and community engagement projects. No matter your interest, we firmly believe that engaging in ongoing learning and activities is part of a happy, fulfilling lifestyle.
